Haddrell’s Point will ship most of our orders by United States Postal Service or UPS. All orders are normally packed and shipped on the same day as you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email after you successfully complete your checkout, and a second email with your product’s tracking information after your order is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured USPS Mail. Merchandise returned or exchanged in the original new condition will receive a complete refund for the price of the item. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice. After our 30-day return policy is expired, all defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy. We can assist you with this. All returns should be insured and postage paid. Items should include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Please type or print name and address clearly on outside of package. There is no return on pre-spooled line. Haddrell’s Point Tackle reserves the right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. Please contact us prior to returning merchandise so we can make record of your return.
